Still alive! Real life updates! Birthday! Patreon launch!

Please read my FAQ! Hey! Sorry for the radio silence, pretty much.. everywhere.
It's been a very stressful and busy time for me, in many ways, over the past couple of years. Trying to keep up with mountains of work, on top of real-life stress like moving, health, and the constant onslaught of bad news in the world, has been taxing enough that when faced with the thought of being active on social media or talking to anyone in general, I've opted to just hide or keep working. Things are, in some ways, a little more stable now, and I'm going to take advantage of this to get back on a more consistent streaming schedule, as well as being more active socially, communicating more, and making an effort to chat more in my own Discord server.
I've been quietly working away at many things, and it's been too long since I've really said much, in public, so here's some UPDATES!
REAL, OFFLINE LIFE:
Birthdays are coming up! My birthday is coming up in just a few days, on August 28th. Treppan's is coming up on September 16th! I probably won't have the time or energy to make a big event out of either, this year, but we might try to do something social, like a hangout stream in my server on or near either day. If you want to get gifts for either of us, talk to us (on Discord?) or consider a ko-fi donation, or we can work out something with gift cards, since having money to spend at Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, or Steam could be useful or fun.
We started a garden! I'm very excited about all our little plants. Treppan and I have put a lot of work into it, and gifts/donations from close friends like Mervyn and Fel have made it all possible. We wanted to turn some of our useless grass into productive land, and it's been great for our minds and bodies, especially having something to do when we have physical energy but no "brain juice" (or wrist integriy) left to work on things like art. I've posted and shared some pictures on Twitter and Discord, and Treppan's posted a few as well.
I've been feeling better, physically. Aside from seeing and feeling the changes from increasing HRT doses, working in the garden and generally eating better has helped me lose a lot of weight, gain a lot of muscle, and surprisingly, all the shoveling and tilling has helped a bit with my arm and wrist pain, which had been grinding my art work to a halt.
PATREON:
I've been saying for the past couple of years, since before we moved into this house and the pandemic hit, that I'd reboot my Patreon "when I had the time" or "after I get more caught up on commissions." However, I kept pouring more and more of myself into commission work, repeatedly re-injuring my arm, and having to buy myself more time by taking extra commissions in weekend streams. For a while, this was manageable, treating these extra commissions as a "second job" for nights and weekends while I spent most of my work week on my older backlog of art. Eventually, the lack of breaks and constant hustle has made me slower to recover from strains and faster to burn out, mentally, to the point that I'm left staring at a canvas for an hour or re-drawing the same thing, poorly, for several. I don't want to be caught in this cycle, going nowhere. The only way I can see to get out and fully recover is to take less commissions and take more breaks, but this doesn't put food on the table. Merch helps, a little, and I'll be doing some things with that, but to really make an impact, I'd have to dedicate time or investment money I don't have to pumping out some of the ideas I have in yet another backlog of art I want to work on. I even have a backlog of fully completed and finished art, which has been delivered to the people who commissioned it, but hasn't been posted anywhere because the time and energy to write clever titles and descriptions never seems to present itself.
So, I've finally, actually, rebooted my Patreon. I'm not promising anything with it, right now, except a clear catalogue of my past and current art, and for most tiers, the ability to see my finished art as it happens (instead of days or months down the line), as well as my works in progress or warmups and doodles that may not otherwise see the light of day.
If this goes well, it could be life-changing. I might actually have enough financial breathing room to finish up everything I need to get done, and have a chance to get around to all the fun, new things I want to do and share. Animation, merch, comics, more personal art, social events, streaming, and even being able to open for higher-quality commissions or offer things I couldn't before, because I'd have a little more flexibility on my time. Most of all, though, I'd be able to get out from under the mountain of guilt and stress from having a backlog of art I need to work on.
So, what's there, now? I've uploaded nearly all of my art from the past two years to my Patreon, in full resolution, with every alt version, like what you've been able to find on my Discord, but better-organized. Over 600 posts, containing over 3200 images, divided by over 150 tags. Older works than that (Tumblr era, and yearly from 2017 to 2021) are available for free (or pay-what-you-want) on my itch.io page, which I'll link below.
What else do we get? For the best info, go look at the page itself, read the tier descriptions. In short, though, you'll be able to get access to my art as I finish it, usually long before it's posted elsewhere, a say in polls about future Patreon-funded art, behind-the-scenes looks at works-in-progress, warmups, doodles, opportunities to ask for tips and tutorials, and occasional freebies and requests during exclusive streams. It will be a while before I'll have the time to do all of these things as regularly as I want to, but my goals are also mentioned and explained on my Patreon page. It's all going to be a work in progress, and as I achieve more financial stability and freedom, I'll do my best to provide more and more for those that are making it possible.
MERCH:
I've been quietly working on, and releasing, some new merch! It's nothing big, because I simply haven't had the time to work on so many of the ideas and plans I have, but my Redbubble store has a handful of new and updated items, if you want to go take a look.
We're about to release a small run of special dakis! You know, those "waifu" body pillows. A certain someone has generously commissioned a custom daki of Treppan (that poodle partner of mine), which we might take some pre-orders for additional copies of, if people are interested. I'll probably talk more about it on my server soon, and put up a form for interested people to fill out. I'll likely take some input on other dakis (Raik? Artiumus? Rius? Jesse?) and see how these might do.
Stay tuned for other merch! My time to work on this sort of thing is limited, and has mostly been done in little bursts of energy when I can't work on more complicated things like most of my commissions. However, I've got some things I should be able to get out with a little less effort, and some bigger projects in the works for when my time starts to free up more. I really want to lean into getting more merch out over the next year or so.

I'm really sorry for being so bad at this. I'm trying to be better, and get caught up. I appreciate everyone who's been so patient with me, and supported me, and you, for reading all of this, right now. <3
If anyone has any questions, about anything, message me! I can't always reply right away, since, as I mentioned before, I often just don't have the time or the brain juice for a worthy response, but I'll do my best to get around to anything you have to say or ask about. You can also join my Discord, which will let you PM me or Treppan there.
