I am on ca. 4 hours of sleep two days in a row now and less than an hour ago a fucking wasp stung me in the middle of my right hand. I'm not left-handed... BBS...

Oh shiet. :( I know from wasp stings that it takes some time to recover from those damn things once they get ya, but it's even worse when it's a part of you that is used often. Get well soon!
