Everyone should read this before commissioning us. This is here for a reason!
If you don't read this then, that is your fault not ours.
We hold the right to refuse a commission or customer, for whatever reason we see fit.
We WILL not do art of characters that are copyrighted or not owned by you.
Payment is ALWAYS first. Without payment, we will not start your piece.
Sorry, it's for our protection so we don't get scammed out of payment.
If you're going to commission any NSFW art we do require proof of your age, this is to save us from any kind of legal trouble in the future.
ADOPTS:
If you buy an adopt from us we do require that you credit ALL artists including the base artist and either this account or the person who officially made it.
(Nyx or Dragon)
Adopt edits are allowed but we require that you don't completely change the character to where it is unrecognizable. We also want you to make sure you credit us for the original design.
We can't afford to do refunds unless it has been a very long period of time.
Even then we will need time to get the funds, in order to pay you back.
Rushing us will not get your art out any faster, so please be patient with us.
We will offer you a maximum of 4 times to ask for edits, after that you will be subject to pay a small fee.
If you ask 2+ weeks later or months later for edits we will not accept your request. (You had time to ask when the art was finished, plus a few days after)
We will work only from a reference sheet and NOT a description (unless it's a small detail like a tattoos, genitals, or anything minor like that).
We prefer a flat colored reference that doesn't have shading. (Makes it easier for us to grab the proper colors)
IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE RULES THEN PLEASE DON'T COMMISSION US!
This T.O.S is subject to change, by purchasing from us, you are agreeing to all statements above. We will not be held responsible if you are displeased with your piece after it is fully completed. We will only offer so few fixes before implying a small edit fee. If you do not agree to these terms then please find someone that will work with you on what you want/need.
