Faving random Art to promote yourself

Had a weird encounter this week. Had a bunch of faves on my sketches. From the same person, sure, and that put me in a good mood for the night.
Couple of days passed, the same guy does the same thing again. So I decide to check their page out, leave a thank you.
Turns out their gallery is all YCH's and Reminders thereof.
Checked their favorites to see if I'm there (because I have an egotistical side I struggle with) aaand there are no favorites there at all. So they basically 'fave' and unfave people's art as a way of poking potential buyers.
