Some Relevant Recipe Changes

Primarily my dishes that involve Beef, so my Lasagne, Cottage Pie, Chilli and Bolognese Recipes.
The change being I'm no longer draining the fat/liquid when I'm frying the beef. Instead I've started cooking the beef for an extra five or so minutes so the liquid evaporates. This brings out much more flavour. Something I've learned and practiced from watching Marco Pierre White compilations. Good stuff.
I've also halved the sugar content in my Lemonade recipe and upped the batch to 1.5L. No major impact to flavour. A little less sweet, but it gives the Lemon some room to shine.
