Typing it down for the weird sense of closure, since FurAffinity is where I both started getting into digital artwork and gaining a lot of penpals back in the day. That, and it always sucks to see dead accounts of unexplicably vanished artists on this site, so at least I could type down an explanation for why it's not active anymore.

- Frankly, just tired of how FurAffinity handles things in general - the site is 10 years out of date at this point, a lot of promised features haven't been implemented, and excessive self-promotion posts still remain a major issue that haven't been addressed in a proper way. There's just better platforms for discovering and sharing furry artwork nowadays, and I've found myself completely replacing FA with other sites over the years. I also have issues with Dragoneer as a project leader (and was unpleasantly surprised by his return as owner of FA), but his poor handling of the site was extensively covered by the internet, and I don't want to turn this journal into a drama piece.

- While I still like and draw anthro artwork, I've also spread myself in a ton of other fields (programming, 3D modelling, etc.), so I don't have as much to post to warrant updating this userpage. That, and I've used to indulge in anthro critters as a respite for my personal issues and struggles, but now I'm in much better place mentally than I used to be, so there's not as much need for it.

- As of 2022, there's an ongoing Russo-Ukrainian war, and I happen to live in Russia, being literally stuck in fascist dictatorship - not to mention that I'm a member of LGBTQ community, which paints another target on my back. I'm currently working on potential migration/refuge opportunities, and updating my art pages is the least of my priorities at the moment.
