My depressive episode damaged my mind, I cried for several days and tried to kill myself.

В любом случае оставайтесь в более-менее порядке. Вся эта дичь когда-то закончится. Ровно как и депрессивные эпизоды имеют свойство со временем утихать. Берегите себя.
