GrxStudios - Anyone know them?

So long story short, i ordered a commission off them 4 months ago. First month was fine with a bit of back and forth working it all out. Then i heard basically nothing for 2 months despite regularly trying to reach them to see how things was going. They replied saying sorry for delay the final piece would be ready in a few hours. Now its coming up to another 2 months without a peep. Ive tried speaking to them, offering them extensions if they need it if only they would get in touch but nothing.
Does anyone know this artist, talk to them? If so please let me know. I get life can be messy at times but this is just ridiculous now. Ive given them till the end of the week before i report them and will be seeking a refund. So if anyone can reach them, please let them know.

If you paid via PayPal, the Buyer Protection window closes 6 months from the transaction date, and it's much easier for both you and the seller if you open a dispute with PayPal instead of filing a chargeback with your bank.
I've had someone do that to me before, promising me a picture was almost done... for years. Even said it to my face at fur cons. I wouldn't trust them.
