I'll have to check that out. Ambient music is pretty much where the term "Chill" came from. At raves, for instance, they would often have a "Chillout room" that would be a cozy space where DJs played ambient music. You may not be surprised to hear that it's among my many musical interests as well. It's a vast universe unto itself at this point.

If you care to delve into it, the best place to start is probably with the inventor of the term, Brian Eno. Look up his ambient works. Music For Airports is a good place to start. -A particularly ingenious piece. Listen to it, and look into how he made it.

I won't make a long list here, but another classic is Chill Out by The KLF.
