• I have the right to refuse any commission request if I'm not comfortable with the character or for any other reason.
• You can share the artwork anywhere you want as long as you credit me as the artist of the work.
• A visual reference of the character you want art made of is not required but preferred. I accept written references or descriptions but they might increase the cost of the work.
• You can set a deadline if you need the work done within a specific period of time but it must be reasonable.
• You will have a total of two free revisions: sketch and flat colours. Any revision past the line art phase which requires heavy editing of the work might increase the cost of the commission.

• My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted but the amount of money for which you're reselling it must match the original purchase value of the adopt, with additives only for commissions purchased or art personally made.
• Designs received in a trade or as a gift may be resold following the above rule.
• You are allowed to edit on top of my artwork, with proper credit toward myself for the original art, and you for the edits.
• You are allowed to edit the design you buy but please, keep it recognisable as I put a lot of effort into creating it.

• Full payment or, alternatively, 50% of the total commission price must be paid after the approval of the initial sketch. The commission will not be sent to the client until the total agreed payment amount has been received.
• All prices are specified as euros, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have converted currencies based on current exchange rates.
• Payment will be made through invoice on Paypal.

Full refund:
Full refund will be provided in case I, the artist, am not able to complete the commission for any personal reason. The work I have done till that moment will be sent to the client.
Partial refund:
A partial refund will be provided in case the client changes their mind about the commission. The refunded amount will be proportional to how much work is left on the commission up till then and the work I have done till that moment will be sent to the client.
