So, mid last year I started trying to set up patreon and figure out my commission prices etc, planning on getting going again trying to make art my income. That unfortunately quickly ground to a halt as I started having health issues, chronic headaches and unbearable aches and pain, insomnia and general fatigue. This on top of world wide shortages for my diabetes medications (fuck doctors who prescribe these things for weight loss, shorting people who need it to actually be alive) and life stress, it's been a horrible time.

After a year of fighting with doctors to get them to listen and finally getting to see a specialist about it (and ruling out anything life threatening) I've just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

So uh, yeah. It's nice to finally have a label for what the fuck is goin on, but at the same time, knowing I'm going to be dealing with another thing for the rest of my life sucks a bit. But y'know. Life.

I'm hoping so much that the medication I'm trying out will at the very least, let me function enough to be able to think and draw without being in a lot of pain.
