Dear friends, I am writing this post because I have not appeared here for a long time and it is worth saying a few words about why.
In short: the work on orders went on as usual, but due to the current situation in the world, my entire work schedule was greatly disrupted, and I had to raise prices a lot just to have something to live on - this entailed the loss of most of the customers who were accustomed to the standard and best-selling price tag of +-60 dollars, and this resulted in the following: I had to look for a job to somehow get the missing funds for a living. Spoiler: artists are valued very little in Russia and it is almost impossible to find a job where you would be paid humanly - especially when you have survived for many years due to orders from a foreign audience.
I've been trying for two or three months to get to places that are somehow related to drawing - and in the end I managed it a week ago (practically), and despite the small salary for the city in which I live, I'm glad that I have at least this job - especially that it turned out to be very interesting to me.Now I can at least exhale a little and come back here. In the process of all this running around, I lost a lot of health, I got sick with covid, many times the body just knocked me out by itself, and I didn't have the strength to just sit down and draw, so I randomly grabbed different tasks and just did what I could do faster, because speed was a priority: for a long time I it just wasn't enough.
So, now my life is SLOWLY recovering, so from next week (and maybe from this weekend) I will return to work again and distribute the remaining orders, I hope that you will understand me and forgive me for this prolonged silence :( I don't like it at all either, believe me.
So, in this regard, I will write a couple more news about updating the status of orders in the near future, as well as make a couple of announcements. I hope the changes will finally be for the better.
