I ask that people respect my boundaries and grant me my wish for space for the next 48-72 hours. Essentially the weekend. If I do not answer you or reach out to you, please understand that I do so not out of spite or pettiness, but rather grief. This year marks the 21st anniversary of my sister's death in the 9/11 tragedies. I am not over it, nor will I ever be. This cut and trauma run far too deep for me to ever truly heal from or come to terms with.
