We'll see. But there will probably be a different "effect" of some kind, just to make them visually distinct, and eye glow would be the simplest. So "at least" that, probably.

Anyway I like the previews. Particularly the invitation. Mezz on his toes, leaning into a guy twice his height, grabbing his crotch as he stares up at him, and of course the fact he's doing all of this under hypnosis, totally unaware he's slutting himself out to his enemy. Mmph. Yep. That does a lot for me.
Also kinda amusing how stoic the dog is. Reminds me of people trying to get a reaction out of the Queen's- [Ahem] King's Guard.
Hey, it's Easter somewhere, as they say. And thanks! Yeah, I think the new mechanic/dynamic between him and the enemies is going to be a lot of fun once it's set up. And yes, the dog is definitely a bit reserved, but that will make more sense in time.

p.s. if you want a tldr of what Lewd Demon Lord is, it's a pretty generic "royal must serve overlord and kill group x, but oh no the overlord's castle is captured by group x and so mc must save the day". I recall your comment in which you hated how plenty of 'games' aren't games and more like galleries with extra steps. This game though does the absolute bare minimum of being a 'game'. It's like the artist prioritized art above in-depth story and interesting gameplay, that it's more like a CG gallery with RPG aesthetics. Even though you have made 1 chapter, you made a story I cared about and the gameplay isn't trying to jam every variation of the same ability.
So for a 2-3 hour game, the story is lower end of mediocre, if not bad. The side characters are very forgettable, the mc is a blank slate which only get character development... from specific bad endings. The bosses are more generic than pokemon's character-of-the-day. They only fight the player because 1) the mc just walks up to them or 2) they work for the big bad with their entire backstory summed up in a paragraph (or 3 sentences) each. None of them actually try to actively stop the mc.
And now the gameplay...
The Main Character only has 4 spells that are good, the rest are either poor man's version of the 4, a poor man's spell of a poor man's spell, or in one case is even worse than basic and almost no variation needed in terms of strategy.
It's over 20 succubus bosses, the only ones with sex scenes, with a niche gimmick to make them distinct. Anyone can easily half the bosses by spamming the stun spell, then use the 2 power spells and occasionally use a low-mana spell that recovers all your mana AND half your hp.
Doing a full review of Demon Lord here is an...interesting choice, but looking at it I'm not surprised it's as flat as you're describing. Art style certainly looks decent, but I know a LOT of eroge get made by someone who's either a good artist or can afford one and that's really as far as they get. I think THEY think the point of a game like this is just to add some variety to the art, but it's so much more than that. "What if a regular RPG, but it was sexual?" is almost a kink in and of itself, it's this fun perversion of something familiar, and exploring all the ways you can leverage the design and mechanics to explore that is a big part of the fun. Some of the big ones that influenced me had such great sex battle mechanics they almost didn't need event CG: it was amazing to me how much fun you could generate with a system like that, how long it could keep you interested. So I've tried to capture a little of that in my stuff.
