You know, I was one of the bigger sceptics of COPPA back around 2019 on Youtube. It's an easy guess that the government would just stretch theirs power within their technobabble laws even at that time.

Now with what Britain is doing with the Online Safety Act and even considering banning VPNs, I can only hope that KOSA fails in America and a lot of noise is made in the house and the white house to shut it down. Or at minimum, modified so hard that it's not a backdoor for doxxing.
