ah that's a good point, the mallow and biscuit are gunna be an issue. yeah you might struggle a bit with gluten free traditional scottish stuff :S

still scotland is an extremely beautiful place when you get out of the cities (which despite insistance on the contrary, aren't all that different from any other UK city, their's just scottish people there xD )
