💬💬💬💬 Rights and Conditions of the Client:
💬 1. After confirming the commission, you have every right to know its progress, you can calmly send me a message to any of my networks (Fur Affinity/Devianart/Twitter) or write me privately on discord or telegram.
💬 2. The copyright will be entirely yours and your character since being your creation is under your license and copyright, and will not be used for commercial rights or profit.
💬 3. NO REFUNDS; After the payment of the commission is cancelled, there are no refunds in any way, this in order for both parties to avoid unnecessary problems or annoyances.
💬 4. After confirming the commission and making the respective payment; you have the right to three (03) changes in the sketch stage, in the lineart stage NO CHANGES, in the flat color stage you also have the right to one (01) change, in the stage of finishing the rest of the drawing THERE ARE NO CHANGES (YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE PRICE OF THE CHANGE RANGE FROM $5 - $20 DEPENDING ON ITS COMPLEXITY).
📝📝📝📝 Rights and Conditions of the Artist:
📝 1. To contact me you can go to my discord (reichkitsune) or my E-Mail (Reichkitsune@gmail.com) since for me it is more comfortable and to deal with you clearly and perfectly, failing that if you do not have those means of communication you can send me a note or a private message to my networks in Fur Affinity, Devianart and Twitter.
📝 2. If the commission is for commercial purposes you must inform me before, you can safely use it if you agree not to modify, edit or delete the image or signature and give me the credit of it for my right as an artist and the rules of the "license of creative use".
📝 3. If your character or commission is very detailed, (I have the right to notify you) or if you want to add more details, I have the right to charge you additional.
📝 4. please refrain from pressure, bad words, losing your composure or being rude because I would refuse to draw you, there is no need to treat us badly.
💲💲💲💲 Methodology and payment policy:
💲 1. All prices stipulated are in US Dollars/United States Dollars/USD.
💲 2. The only payment method available at the moment is PayPal, soon I will place other methods according to my criteria and economy.
💲 3. In order to start the drawing I must receive 100% of the payment at the imposed rate, you must send the requested payment receipt.
