Discord Server Suggestions

So, I'm thinking of opening up a discord server to give out updates on my projects and get help on certain things. I'm still unsure on somethings, such as what channels to include and rules for the server. I'd love to hear comments on what I should do with the server. I'll allow about a week for suggestions.
