Terms Of Service.
Basic Information:
My working times are only Monday — Friday (late morning to late night). I spend time drawing on the weekends, but I spend less time.
I draw either your Original Characters that you have proof of owning them, or any other Character from a Game, Show, etc. I need to be provided with a CLEAR REFERENCE SHEET, or at least a detailed description in text.
My TAT is 1 week to 2 months. Always depends on how complex the commission is, how busy I am with private matters and other commissions. Your commission is my Second Top Priority, and I always will keep you updated if something comes up, and will work as fast as I can. Please understand that my artwork takes time. You must respect that I have a queue before you and I have private matters. I am a College Student, meaning that I must spend time on studying as well.
By commissioning me, you accept that I will post the finished artwork and WIPs (Work in Progress) on other online platforms.
I work Personally and for Commercial Purposes. Please ask me any questions if you use my artwork for Commercial Uses.
You are able to post my artwork on your social media accounts, but with crediting me. Please use my social medias as:

My artwork can not be altered, copied, traced, modified. Please ask if you are going to bring any changes by yourself.
If you have any ideas for pose, background, and etc. please let me now! But keep in mind that I like to work with my imagination myself, and experiment.
PAYMENT:
I use PayPal ONLY. USD and GBP. I do not use any other platforms, please do not force me to use any other platform.
I take payment either after the sketch is done, or whenever you are comfortable.
REFUND:
If you have requested the refund after the sketch is done, I can refund 80% of the Original Price.
If you have requested the refund after the lineart is done, I can refund 40% of the Original Price.
If you have requested the refund after the rendering is done, I CANNOT refund you.
CHANGE:
You can ask for edits within the sketch stage for free. If you want to change something significant in the stages after the lineart, the price will start from 10$ depending on what you want to be changed.

Children in a NSFW way (of course I don’t its illegal)
Heavy Gore
Torture
Anything Politics Related
If there is a topic you want to be done that is not on the list, please do not hesitate to ask. If I decline, please do not insist on me drawing it.
