Absence Of Evidence: One way [insert organization name here] found PR after he's been in hiding for many years. I'm thinking by them finding a lack of radiation in that area because he's absorbed it.

Absolute Cleavage: Almost every female super-being and even some male one fall squarely into this. Some more so than other.

PR is very sensitive to sensory overload and is why he covers his head in a mask that helps block out a lot of loud sounds, strong smells, and bright lights. Because of this head covering he must keep a lot of his skin exposed so he can breathe. He's also extremely weak to nickel which will cause him to have an allergic reaction, his left knee is screwed up, and any damage to his chest emblem can cause him to explode.
Angelik's wings and tail. Because of her angelic nature her wings are connected to her lifeforce. Her father has the same weakness.
All Fae Folks is weak to salt, certain herds and flowers, iron, and/or silver. This includes Bradley, Ella, and Chesh.
Mockfolks are weak to extreme heat and dryness.
Childhoodsend/Overlord is weak to precious metals like Superman is to Kryptonite. Doesn't help his demonic appearance.
The Fur, new Recruit, the Black Belt, and Spoiler: Amazoid are all basically humans using advanced science, alien technology, and magic to give them an edge. Speaking of Amazoid she's actually deaf and blind without her tech.
Dragon Slayer De-Da-Dai like the most of the dragons of this world can only truly die if decapitated.
The Vampires have multiple and various weaknesses among them.
Achilles In His Tent: This kind of happens with PR after the crash of the Citadel.
Acid Attack: PR has an acidic/poisoned breath attack he can use. Some dragons have acid attacks and breath.

Part of PR's biology is he can acquire an immunity to most toxins after a single dose.

Actually Not A Vampire: The Fur is associated with animals, almost never seen in the daytime, seemingly appears out of nowhere and vanishes into thin air and much stronger than any normal person. It's been shown that a small number of people, particularly London thugs, believe or suspect that he's a vampire or werewolf, which isn't totally insane in a universe with aliens, wizards and superheroes.
Since Childhoodsend/Overlord has occasionally worn the suit and impersonated him, some people have actually seen "The Fur" fly, lift cars and survive hails of bullets, which makes the vampire theory that much more credible.

The Fur might be a good example of this as I want to keep him mostly a mystery background character up until I kill him off.

The Princess in Limbo. She's basically a parody of the Disney Princess and Carry from Stephen King in that she's got great mental and reality warping abilities. She's completely unaware of this and because she was raised believing in fairy-tale romances and that everyone is naturally kind so her powers make everyone act that way around her.
