Hello~
My beloved dog of 11 years could be in better health.
She has been prone to skin allergies and is at risk for pancreatitis if it wasn't for her special diet and regular medication. As of late she had a lump tested for cancer and thankfully it was a benign tumour. She also had her ears cleaned since her skin allergies were flaring up as of late.
For the past couple days she has had very poor bowel movements and has been throwing up. A trip to the vet determined (through blood tests) that thankfully her liver and kidneys are doing fine; and she has a good heart and lungs.
Though she was prescribed with expensive medication to help with her gut flora and to restore healthy gastrointestinal function.
Maya has been apart of my life for all 11 years of her life. I know she's an older dog and I loved her for all this time. I can not imagine my life without her; she has always been by my side. I want to do everything within my power to give each day she has left with me to be a special one, a healthy one, a happy one.
I have made a separate bank account for Maya so I don't spend any money that is meant for her for anything else. There is zero obligation and zero pressure but I will be streaming more often in an attempt to fund raise so I can pay off these bills.
