I've heard of artists using "venmo"(which could be owned by paypal), I looked another up called "zelle" which I don't know if artists use or not,

because they can just lie and fine anyone 2,500$, its in their new policy. Also those 2 things ( I don't think) work with my bank

Pretty sure they backtracked on the $2,500. I've always considered it would be really funny to do commissions with postal money orders but obviously that's not a serious solution.

Damn. Unfortunately they really monopolized the whole online ecommerce thing. I've heard good things about Stripe, but it mostly assumes you have it on your own bespoke website. However, I believe they do emailed invoices that can just be paid directly, so it's worth considering. Articles I've skimmed say they take 2.9%+30¢, not sure how that compares to paypal.

Genuinely dunno how anything compares to paypal just trying to see what else i can do.
