I like to order commissions as sort of a hobby.
I'm a full-time graphic designer, but I was never any good at drawing. Getting commissions kinda gives me a way to create things with others, draw some lines here and there, and end up with an amazing piece I could never have made on my own.
I browse mostly FA, sometimes twitter and Fiverr for full commissions and YCH.
