Flash Fiction Raffle [Closed]

I want to do an experiment and post more, so here's the plan: I'll do a raffle for story prompts and write short fiction for it.
The prompt must be short (1-2 sentences) and in my general wheelhouse of kinks (I reserve the right to reject prompts, but I will try to accomodate things). You can give me specific characters and/or references to art that captures the vibe you want to see. I aim to write a scene of at least 200 words for it.

I'll also post this on twitter and combine the lists before I pick.

I'll give your prompt a go this week or the next, depending on my work situation.
(In the meantime, I would appreciate some sort of explanation of what the ho-oh is? Because I have no earthly clue :p )
Also yeah, it's a legendary birb Pokemon, and I figured it'd fit because of being based on a phoenix. Plus Phen is literally on par, if not far stronger, than most (or all) legendaries due to their abilities.
