Transformation Adventure CYOA

I'm considering making a Transformation/Growth-focused branching adventure game.
I want your feedback!
While I've always loved transformation games, the main thing holding me back is to find a good Structure for it. It needs to be constrained to be doable, since it takes so much work. Recently I saw a CYOA mainly focused on WG (I forget the name) where it was clearly laid out: Heroine investigating a castle, you pick a few routes and get into scenes/minigames depending on where you go. I like that setup a lot, because the structure there is pretty simple and I feel like I could accomplish this without getting lost in the weeds.
My idea is this: A heroine (Penny, probably) exploring a place, either to get out of a maze, a spooky castle, or to go confront some transformation sorceress/steal her shit. Main thrust of it being that you'd get into different transformation scenes depending on the path taken. I'm thinking that each scene would be completely self-contained, because I'm not going to be able to write them while ALSO accounting for a million possible transformations that might've occoured already. Which means that I also have to have these scenes either End the adventure (Whoops, boobs too big to fit through the exit) or provide some way to reset the transformation after the scene is done (temporary magic...?).
I think in this way I get to include the things I want: multiple choices, paths, but also to write the sexy transformation scenes that are the goal of it. And who knows; if I get it all done, maybe there's room for expanding (har har) upon the scope in the future.
I'd want to get art for the various scenes, too, but that's only if I actually get the base of this adventure built. If I get to that point, I'm tempted to even look towards making into a Real Game...
So, that was a lot of words about what's in my head right now. I feel that it should be very workable, I just have to decide on the setting and how the transformation scenes should help/hinder progression. Remember, I'm trying to make this pretty simple to avoid the trap of spiraling out of control. But it feels doable and pretty exciting.

What'd be the best goal: Escape Evil Dungeon or Go Confront Transformation-Mad Villain?
What transformations in particular would you want to see?
How can we best incorporate choice into the transformation scenes? (I'm thinking it's most fun if it's not glaringly obvious if drinking deep from the cup of 'This Grows Your Breasts Into Boulders' might end your adventure path, though I guess we can play with the temptation of wanting to see where it leads, anyway.
