Yeah, i don't really promise myself much of that ADHS diagnostical appointment, but at least could i finaly sleep with the fact that is was all the decades "just" my brain and a very unfortune way of life that shaped me into what I am today.

It really sucks about art in particular.

Either my creativity bursts over but there's a constant struggle to keep the motivation or even finish anything up.

Or equaly bad, get trapped into a weird "hyper focus" and draw without any break for 4+ hours until my concentration drops towards the center of the earth.
