Hi there....well thats my first Jornal.......
Long and short story, i will stop uploading commissions and my own art on FA. Why? Well i am annoyed of FA's search engine.
I always tried to keep explicit stuff away from usual watchers by using extra Thumbnails or never put Characters names or similar common words in tags. And i always wondered how people who abhor this stuff, find it anyway and attack me then with
harassing hurting comments. But well, yesterday I found my answer.
- my thumbnails never got in use........the Uploader Engine create their own regardless what you do.
- and the search engine snatches Tags it nows also from Description and Comments and use them for others searchings
I am annoyed of this. That makes no fun. When you get patronized by an engine.
So if you liked my commissioned artwork and maybe my Blender stuff too...........i am switching to Inkbunny.
The common stuff will be vivible for everyone, while the explicit stuff will be behind a "Only for friends" blocking wall. Yes i will block it from usual audiences.
So if you have an Inkbunny Account you can friend me. You will maybe see stuff you already know and stuff i never uploade before.

Back in the days before FA had a search function, there was no keywords category. So when the feature was rolled out they needed to make it backwards compatible.
This allowed them to grandfather in the old submissions.
If someone uses:
@ keyword (no space)
in front of their search, it will only display submissions that actually use keywords, and not pull from the comments, text, or submission file.
Also, the people who hate anything, will always actively seek it out. I've known of people who have specific lists of people they go to so they can find drama just to stir up. No amount of thumbnails, hidden keywords, etc will prevent that.
It's best to report, block, and move on.
Inkbunny have a much more nicer folder system for stories. And there are things i feel better with to upload in a restricted area. I think i will upload this or that on FA too.....but mainly on Inkbunny for now.
Those words can`t hurt me. I am more annoyed about FAs Search Engine and Uploader.

But obviously anyone bitching at artists for posting art can go fuck themselves. An inexcusable reaction to the existence of content they're not intent.
Barely using the site, only lurking there from time to time. xD
