I personally never understood the appeal to Black Panther. He kinda just felt like a Wolverine recolor (no pun intended *nervous collar tug*) to me, but somehow lamer. Maybe that's just me? Because Panthera is the genus of all 5 of those cats, and leopards & jaguars are the most common "panthers" (aka melanistic - black - jaguars & leopards) you see out in the wild. I dunno, maybe a nitpick, but the name just kinda bothers me in that respect. Eh, all in all, nothing against the people who like him, I just don't get him.
