I think I need a break from Lewd.

Never thought I'd say that one day, but gosh I need to put lewd away for a time.
I've noticed that I overworked myself recently with my current situation. I won't say more because I really don't like to talk about my life and personal stuff going on, but I needed money (still need it tho).
I won't lie, moral is not at the best. I'm okay and not okay at the same time.
Anyway so I worked, as I always do, and had an enjoyable time with my commissions for sure but I feel it. If I continue, I'll go straight to burnout because of the lewd and I don't want that.
I'm planning to open some commissions because I still have to work and get the monz (I can't wait to feel safe again tbh).
This time, I'll be more careful and comfortable to myself and go only on SFW, soft and vanilla poses. I think I'm still okay with pinup poses, teasing and showing off. But some crazy lewd like I used to do? No-oh.
At least not for now. I love to do lewd and draw beautiful poses and fleshy bodies, I LOVE IT! But it's not doing a positive effect on me at the moment, I feel I've reached a limit.
So I'll rest my mind as much as I can and try to draw for me and doing some simple commish this time, until I finally feel good enough to draw the lewd again.

please take care of yourself, work should be something you love as an artist, so taking a break isn't that bad of an idea! you can still draw all the boob and butt and junk you like but it doesn't always have to be, like, overly sexual, i suppose if that makes sense? an appreciation sort of thing i guess. i don't know.
i really do hope you find a sweet spot to where you feel comfortable doing whatever you like again. take care.

the latest lewd stuff does feel rather heavy, so I'm glad you're taking a break from it. ^_^
And you're quite right by saying that my lastest lewd stuff is heavy! I mean I absolutely loved worked on it but yeah I've reached a limit I can feel it!
Like one mentioned above, one can just keep it tasteful if one do wish to draw nudity (I recognize in that myself when I had a period of heavy artblock -w-')

Truly, draw whatever makes your heart happy! I'm just getting back into art, and into digital coloring just this year! You do amazing work with your colors and shading, no matter what the content!
