Yep, there I said it. Most of us really fail to realize how thankful we should be. Considering my crazy life and how I lived it. I am one that gives thanks for what I have and have done along gone through. Lets just say that my journey has had its ups and downs. Their were times I was on top of the world and others I wondered why I was still here or alive.

Take inventory and look at yourself. Then give thanks. Look around and see the world. You survived Covid. Perhaps more things. As A transgender person I have survived so much of the bad things people have to offer. The hate. The discrimination. The threats. Even physical attacks over the years. I endured and learned to forgive and understand that when people hate most times is because they do not understand. Sadly, Many of them never try or want to learn. Just hate. Its that simple for them. Forget them! Move forward. Do not look back to them. Its not worth it to fight.

All the years I have endured and I fought battles for others and myself. I'll never make the news or be famous but I have caused change in things. just like i said before I had to deal with all of the nasty of people and corporations and even the State.

So, I am thankful for the fact I have Friends. And adopted family. Nothing beats doing Thanksgiving with family. My real ones stopped when my Mother passed. My family never did deal well with my change. Mom understood. I have retired to a smaller town and over the years people accepted me and Its been many years since anyone had issues with me and my change.
I am Thankful.
