Honestly? I think the idea of having your very own custom profile banner is a brilliant idea. But I kinda see why you didn't like the change very much.
Yeah, I'm perfectly okay with allowing people having custom banners, I just don't like the other cosmetic changes to FA. Like we still don't even have a blacklist function for user tags
Thank you for reminding me that we still need the tag blacklist system so as to avoid seeing unpleasant stuff we'd rather not see.

Oh, and on larger monitors the UI doesn't scale correctly, leaving rather obnoxious black bars on either side of the screen
