Much success finding trade partners. I don't have Nintendo Online myself. Not really competitive personally. Playing the game in my lunch breaks though and liking it so far.

Oh man, if I had known you were open for trading a Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet, I would've traded a Haunter for another Haunter a year ago. Sorry. Oh, then again, I didn't subscribe to Switch Online, so I can't do it over the internet (which is dumb, since every game that used the internet before Sword and Shield never required this), so I couldn't, even if I wanted to.
