Terms of Service
General
-By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms
-I can refuse a commission for any reason
Payment and Refunds
-I accept PayPal or Venmo
-Prices are in USD
-Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of characters and backgrounds
-If I have not started the commission, you can get a full refund
-The more progress I make on the commission, the less I will refund
Copyright and Usage
-I retain full commercial rights to the commissioned artwork
-I will post the artwork on my profile as an example of my work
-You will be credited for your characters unless you request to remain anonymous
-You may use the commissioned artwork for non-commercial use only
-You must give proper credit to me if you post the artwork
-If you would like to commission art to use commercially, there will be additional fees
Commission Process
1. Send me a note or an email (zyndritchstudio@gmail.com) with the subjects you want drawn and the rendering style.
Please include reference photos or written description for characters and any additional info regarding poses, composition, etc.
2. I will provide a final quote, and send the invoice.
3. Once full payment is received, I will begin the sketch.
4. After the sketch is approved, I will begin rendering the artwork.
5. I will send regular progress updates as I work.
6. It will take 1-4 weeks depending on the scope of the commission.
7. Once the commission is finished and approved, I will send both a watermarked and regular version. Please use the watermarked version if you choose to post it anywhere.
