Hi everyone! I really hope you're doing well!

I just realized that I never really updated my FA, especially regarding huge changes to my life and activities - I updated Twitter but didn't post anything here and that was a ridiculous oversight on my part, I apologize.

Trying to keep it short and not rambling on: I decided that while I loved doing commissions as a full-time job, I really needed much more steady employment, thanks to things like the economy being harder on business and other reasons as well. I now work an external job full-time 40+ hours/week. As such, commissions are closed, will remain closed indefinitely, and all owed work was completed as of June 2022.

From spring of this year to pretty much now, I've been focusing on my job, the nature of which does not allow me a lot of access to social media, sites, or instant messengers during work hours (pharmacy, so I handle sensitive materials, my hands are gloved most of the time, and I'm on my feet with not a lot of downtime). I'm enjoying my job a lot and it has helped me in many ways, but unfortunately it's made it a lot harder to keep in touch with folks. I also abstained from Twitter for months before finally wandering back on recently to try and catch up a bit.

When I'm not at work, I've been mostly taking care of our house and animals, meal planning, getting caught up with appointments and errands, and raiding on FFXIV (up to P8S Phase 1 now). I've started carving out a little time to draw and socialize again, but the time away has made me a bit of a socially anxious weenie SO I'm trying to get better. It's a slow process and I'm sorry to everyone who would have wanted to hear from me.

I'm taking time this weekend to update my FA a lil bit, manage my Twitter accounts, set up my Mastodon and Tumblr, and overall make it easier for myself to engage and check up on other people. I'm planning on making use of Mastodon primarily with Tumblr as a secondary option.

*I'll still be on Twitter for a while to keep an eye on things and post a bit, but I expect it to spiral into a hideous right-wing N*zi-fest in a matter of months (yes, even worse then it is now) to the point where it becomes unusable to queer furries, either by banning even more leftist content, banning LGBT+ porn, breaking entirely, or some combination of the three.

As for how I'm doing on Discord and Telegram - I don't like Discord for DMing because the app seems to ghost my notifications and I find it clunkier overall. I prefer Telegram but it's now blocked at my workplace's wi-fi AND it's in a dead zone for mobile data, so if you have me on Telegram then do feel free to message me but just know that it might take me awhile to respond ;n;

ANYWAY!! That went on a little long!! Uhh I like the facelift that FA got too so it looks much nicer to use. I apologize again for the neglect.
