Payment
I do not offer refunds.
I offer holds up to one week.
All payments will be made through paypal or DA points.
If you’re paying through paypal, I will send you an invoice.
If you and a friend wish to split the cost for a commission that’s perfectly fine. However, I will be taking payment from only one person. One of you will have to send your half to whoever is paying in advance.
Payment plans are acceptable with two payments. Two set dates will be discussed and agreed upon. Please understand that if you send the first payment and can not send the second payment by the agreed date I will not be giving a refund. If this happens you have two options to choose from. 1: I put the commission on hold until you can send the second payment. 2: I will provide you with a commission that is of equal value to your first payment.
Please double check your finished commission/ YCH before approving it. Once approved I do not keep the files. They are your responsibility.
Art Permissions
Do not claim my art as your own.
If I make artwork for you, you are allowed to repost it anywhere you’d like. Please provide credit if you do. Linking back to the original piece is appreciated but not mandatory.
Commissions
Commissions will be completed within 3 months.
I only work with jet black characters (Color code #000000) with flat colored commissions.
I will not start on a commission until full payment is sent. Once the sketch has been made I will show it to you for approval. If for any reason you dislike the sketch and want a different pose, the original sketch will be edited and reused for other art. Do not save it thinking you’re getting a free sketch included.
I will only work with a clear reference. Do not describe your character to me. If it's something extremely simple I can work with that. Such as "I would like a white wolf with a black nose and ember eyes." Do not commission me with a description like "I would like a brown wolf with a cream underbelly and darker patches along his back and a bit of gold too. Oh! And make him BUFF with oversized fangs. His eyes are small but not too small. And he has hair!"
Adoptables
You can not resell a design for a higher price you paid for unless it comes with additional art.
Once you purchase a design you’re allowed to edit the gender, species, and make small edits to the design.
Do not comment on a design if you’re unable to make the payment in 24 hours. (Unless a hold time is agreed on.) Failure to do this will result in the design going to the next person.
If you have a toyhouse account I will transfer the character to you. If you do not I will provide full size files through either email or stash. Sold designs are placed in scraps or storage if you do not have a toyhouse account.
YCH
Do not comment on a YCH if you’re unable to make the payment in 24 hours. (Unless a hold time is agreed on.) Failure to do this will result in the YCH going to the next person.
Each YCH has its own set of rules. I offer line edits on some and some I do not. It is your responsibility to read the description of each YCH carefully. If you order a YCH that doesn’t offer line edits and then get upset over the final product because I didn’t add your character’s hair/accessories, I will not offer a refund. If you’re unsure or have questions, please note me.
