This helped me out a lot when I had covid. Made getting a good night's sleep a lot easier.
Make sure you have meds for:
-Heache
-Fever
-Cough
- and other medication you would use for a cold or a flu
Get ready for fever, lots of sweat(even if you don't get a high fever, you will sweat A LOT), feeling cold even in a hot day, some headache, diziness, slight loss of balance and feeling like you don't have the strenght to get out of bed.
The symptoms vary, but that's what both me and my father went through a few weeks ago, after these few days you'll be feeling fine, but possibly with a sore throat for the next week or two.
Get yourself an oxymeter, its a little device you put on your finger and it measures your heart rate and the level of oxygen in your blood, if it goes bellow 90 go to the hospital, if highter then 90, then you're fine.
