So *apparently* you can't upload gifs to FA following a recent update...What a hassle!
This means I won't be able to upload any Flipnotes I've made recently. UGH.
So, sorry I had to delete the Cipher Flipnote! I'll reupload it when this issue gets fixed, whenever that may be...

It's a known issue, apparently. When staff will get to fixing it, though, is up in the air.
