My TOS for Commissions!!

Below is my TOS for commissions. This can be subject to change in the future as I continue to learn more, but these are the basics you need to know :)
- I accept payment first, then start your commission. This is because I'll feel motivated to finish the piece as I have your money and you don't have art. Just a way to get my brain focused and work to my best :)
- I have the right to use any piece made how I see fit! This is my art after all, but I will tag or notify characters involved. This also goes to you the commissioner! You may do whatever you see fit so long as you credit me and let people know where to find me.
- DO NOT TRACE, STEAL, USE MY ART without my permission. Going forward all my pieces will have a watermark, which won't be removed. Commissions belong to me and the commissioner along with OCs used in whatever art piece. The commissioner can ask to have an un-watermarked version.
- All payments are made through PayPal. You may request a refund if I haven't started or just done a basic sketch. I work full-time so you'll typically have a few days to decide before I start. Once I've lined or coloured refunds are not available.
- All contact will be done via Telegram and Discord.
- Upon completion you can't ask for any edits unless I've made a mistake. You can ask for an edit during the sketching phase as I'll be keeping you up-to-date on the commission.
- Please state what you'd like and send me a clear reference that is eligible. [b]If you don't have a ref that I can't properly understand I will refuse the commission. I may accept 3D shots of your VRChat avatar, but if I can't get the proper colours of your sona I have the right to refuse if I believe it will be too hard.[b]
[b]What I will draw
- I will draw canines, vixens, avails, protogens, avians and some dragons. This is all subject to change, but these are the species I've had some practice with.
What I won't draw
- I will not draw gore, blood, complex armor/clothing (simple clothes are fine), robots, humans, synthetics, rexouiums, big muscles, fat and hybrid characters and animations. A lot of this can be subject to change in the future just currently have no experience or no interest in learning.
Now that most of the normal stuff is outta the way some additional information is required :)
- I will accept gift art for friends
- I do sell bases for people who just want to color it themselves (see https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/10414875/ for TOS of bases)
- Don't be rude. Artists are providing a service and should be treated with respect.
- Also support more artists by spreading word of mouth or sharing their content with links for people to find their work.
- Be clear with what you want! I'll send WIP pics so if you want something changed please inform me before I continue further.
