I feel like y'all deserve a little update about things.
I'm not completely dead, just been having a /lot/ of things going on in my life. I got hit by the all you can eat buffet of health/mental health/family/job/home issues in the past couple of months at just the right intervals, so as soon as I solved one thing and settled back into the rhythm of making fun stuff, the next thing crashed right through the window. Also my living costs went up considerably, so I had to take on a lot more freelance work than I originally intended to.
After I released my last animation, I took on a new commission featuring a certain dragoness and a donkey, and started learning a new 3D software, so I could do some fancy stuff that Blender isn't really able to do. I also tried out a completely different workflow in the hopes of speeding up my animation process for the future, but overall that wasn't really worth it in retrospect. After that 2022 turned into a bit of a shitshow for me. So let's just say the timing wasn't exactly ideal for trying to completely change how I make my animations.
I managed to get said animation to about 70% completion, so there is still some work left to do on it (and originally I planned to release it sometime during summer ;_;), but that's my focus currently. I also have some shorter halfway done animations with the horsey, I wanna finish up those too sometime after that. I can't see the timeline yet exactly, but there will be definitely more content sometime in the coming months.
There is also a mostly-done model of my sona (huge, huge thanks to my fren helping me out with it <3), dunno when I can get to actually feature him in something, but we'll see.
So yeah, that about sums up the current situation and I wanna thank you all for sticking around, it means a lot! c:
