I've been playing a lot of Dwarf Fortress since it dropped on steam (at least as much as my busy December writing schedule has allowed), and OH MY GOSH I'm having so much fun.

I'm on the seventh year with my second ever fortress, Lestusdeshlir, and it just became the Mountainhome for my clan!! I have a Queen, a dutchess, three barons and around 210 residents (including kids and visitors who have become citizens). :3

Highlights so far include... a Forgotten Beast made of solid silver which is roaming in the caverns beneath my fort, and kills every new forgotten beast which emerges.

...a Hamster-man swordmaster who is a part of my military.

...a 10 year old dwarven child who keeps throwing tantrums and has single handedly destroyed a fishery workshop and murdered a farmer.

...a swordsdwarf who decapitated a minotaur in 1v1 combat,

...oh, and Lestusdeshlir? Yeah, my fort's name is "Rabbitcuddles". :D
