Adoptable TOS - 4/23/2023

- Payment is upfront within 24 hours of claiming an adopt. After 24 hours of zero communication it will go to the next person who claimed.
- Payment can be made via Ko-Fi either through buying the adoptable in my shop, or I can send you an invoice through paypal (You MUST provide me with your Email in private).
- You may sell, trade, or give the character design to others. But you may not resell for more then what you paid for the adoptable, unless you have extra art included either by you or someone else that you commissioned.
- You may alter the design/character, but not beyond recognition. Do not edit the original file.
- Gender, Personality, Etc, is up to the owner.
- Do not claim the design as your own. Please credit me if reposting.
- Art created by me may not be used to create merch or mass produced
- Art and Adopts may not be used to train AI or used in AI art creation, or used and sold as NFTs. this extends to Completed commissions. I do not consent to my art being used in such a way
- I do not issue refunds on adoptables
- Any design I sell over $100 is eligible for split payments or payment plans depending on the price, just ask. If after you agree to make payments, but decide at a later date to back out, or no longer want the design...I will not refund any payments made, the payments made will be kept for wasting my time and any lose of money that may have resulted in keeping the adoptable on hold for you.
