Now this one’s actually more of a contest.
You drew both of them phenomenally fluffy, and I do have a soft spot for Whimsicott.
On the other hand, it would be cool to see Wartortle with a shell on, if you could manage it.
Put my vote in for Wartortle. Far more obscure by virtue of being a midstage evolution nobody cared too much about.
