All they did was draw what they draw. Their school found out and deemed it offensive and against their rules despite it has no involvement with school at all

Okay this shouldn't be allowed at all? Is it not illegal to expel someone for a hobby they have outside of school settings? If you live in the states, you should probably call your local government and make a complaint about this or even take legal action.

I don't know what country you live in, but if you do live in the states, this is 100% actionable. That is a severe breach of privacy and borders on obsessive stalker behaviour to monitor what you do. Finding your account here and managing to somehow link you to it is absolutely some level of illegal.
