Back from being suspended 1week!

V.V This year is going to suck for me. Yes I been suspended for the whole week for posting of Shirley the Loon with big breast. I posted that pic 4 months ago. When did Shirley the loon become a minor..... O.o Did I miss something ?
I 'm not perfect I will admit. I have broke rules her and been punish for it doing them
-Ticketed 1-3 was for harassments of another user I'll except that! That was my fault , for not reporting those two buttheads that was bugging me. But they reported me instead.

Next time I got suspended was from a pic of Cream the Rabbit and male character nude ,at the age 18. To follow the age rule here.
But I got suspended for 3 day putting me at Level 3 offence I should had fought that ruling on that pic. But I didn't.... V-V
they deleted the pic and put me on suspended.
And now I been move up to Level 4 offence 1 week suspended for breaking upload policy : 2.7 Content Involving Minors :
Content featuring minors is not allowed when the minor is in the presence of sexual activity, sexual objects, or nudity, though exceptions may be made for non-sexual depictions of birth and breastfeeding. Presence is defined as being in the same scene, such as sharing a comic panel, contiguous image, reference sheet, or specific section of a story where characters are engaging each other.
Minors may not have detailed bulges or outlines of normal or hyper genitalia, clothed or otherwise. Minors may not be fetishized. Minors younger than 13 may not be depicted as pregnant. Minors are defined as real or fictional humanoids with a childlike body or younger than 18 years old, and any adolescent animals.
When the world did Shirley the Loon become a Minor? I did a full search with in the Fur Affinity log off and log in search of Shirley the Loon .... Look for yourself. So much porn for a minor.
I'm the only one get suspended for a week and move up to level 4 offence.

4th Level Offense - You will be temporarily suspended for 1 week, and will receive a final warning to cease violating the relevant section.
5th Level Offense - You will be permanently banned from using Fur Affinity's services. Any future accounts you create will also be Permanently Banned.
So sorry I'm going to remove all tv , game, toon, or book characters that even look like minor's out of my gallery .

In 1990. She, like all the other student characters, was in high school, (if not middle school). While it may have been called a "Looniversity", the activities and situations portrayed were clearly secondary school level at most, (note also that the rival school was a prep school).
If she's minor here why are all of those pics still up?
Also remember that FA, like most art hosting sites, does not inspect each and every submission but instead mostly relies on reports. Close checking is likely only done on people who have multiple violations and/or justifiable reports.
