It MIGHT be, but I'm inclined instead to think that what I'm seeing might be an issue with her MAC address and/or machine ID. There is a slim possibility that something is triggering SL to log her out due to these. It is one of the trifecta of possibilities I'm seeing - Router/Firewall/Modem/ISP, Machine ID ban, and background software.

As for WHY something would produce a ban based upon her machine ID / MAC address (BOTH of which are per-session transferred to Linden Labs login/authentication servers, I have not a clue.
