Eye issues
As of about a week before Christmas, my vision started to get worse for my left eye. I was sick at the time so thought maybe that had something to do with it. As I got better from the sickness, my vision remained bad.
Decided to have my optician look into the matter (pun intended) to find out the lens of my left eye was cloudy. I'm currently being remitted to see an eye doctor to further investigate what's up.
That said, it's very difficult to draw with my left eye getting tired after just an hour of work, which to me is barely past the sketch part of a drawing. In order to avoid putting needless strain on my eye, I keep it closed for the most part, using only my right eye. This can, however, introduce other issues if I'm not careful.
Needless to say, it's a very frustrating situation and not at all how I wanted 2023 to start, but from what I've been told it can be fixed. So for now, commissions won't open until I can see properly with my left eye again. Personal art will come at a slower rate as well.
Can't wait to draw at my regular pace again - got so many ideas drifting in my head that I want to get on digital canvas!
Also, there may or may not be a patreon in the works...

Thankfully if you have to go through surgical intervention, lens replacement is relatively quick to recover from. I hope everything works out!
