Hi hi, friends!
First of all - big thanks to those people who checked me after the previous journals and asked about my health (both mental and physical). You’re wonderful. I appreciate your support! 💜
About me.. I feel better! Physically, at least ^^” My neck, my back. Seems like gym and orthopedic pillow help me a lot. I’ll continue exercising, walking, etc.
My mental health isn’t so good, but I’m working on it 😳 Few days ago I had a panic attack in the car on the way to stables, where I ride horses sometimes. It became hard to breathe, my mouth tingled, my heart beat faster. This went on for another 10 minutes even after I sat on horseback. But then my anxiety disappeared. I love horses so much and it’s like a therapy for me! Btw here I’ve shared some photos of the Frisian mare Bella uwu
I hate my anxiety. Sometimes I just think why I can’t be fine and do usual things. Horse riding is one of the things that make me happy, but I feel anxiety each time I have to travel far from home 😔 Also I take Zoloft (prescribed by my neurologist) in min doses.
Lately I think a lot about trying to create “anxiety cards” - cards with funny illustrations, where I’ll write different ways of dealing with anxiety and panic attacks. And I want to share it for free so that everyone can have access to this. What do you think? Would it be useful for people? I just want to share my experience as a person who tried a lot of methods (knitting , walking, meditation, therapy, etc.) and as an artist too 💜 Please let me know your thoughts!

I cannot speak for others, but I would love to see "anxiety card" art. There are probably many others who would benefit from the information that you can share. Finding resources for mental health can be very difficult
I love your idea of anxiety cards and would love to see what you create from your own experiences and believe many many people would benefit from it.
Would you also consider possibly adding positive affirmations to them or maybe seperately? It's hard to sometimes love yourself during an attack or in general. But remembering to be kind to yourself and validate your feelings is a powerful thing.

As for the cards, I think those could help people, just make sure to take care when putting stuff on them (^_^)
And yes, sure! I don’t have any medical education, but I’ve read really a looot of books and I have my own experience. I would be very careful with information I share 💙
I do think the cards would be useful and sound like a good idea. I think it'll help someone , it'll just click when they see it. Or even help someone find more ways to help their own.

And yep that’s right, even I didn’t know about anxiety and panic attacks before they hit me 🥲
And those cards seem like a great idea to me. It could be useful even for those not afflicted by anxiety as a form of education about the issue. So go for it if you have the chance! :P

Reading don’t help me while panic attacks, but puzzles do! I have a phone app and sudoku, etc are my helpers 😅
Creating “anxiety cards” is a great idea! I think such cards would help many. You're so good at taking care of other people!
