Apparently, this has been going on for at least the last two day. Hell, I figure I might as well do it. I don't claim to be handsome.

Doing something because everyone else is doing it is one of the worst reasons to do anything, imo.

But then again, I needed to put up a new picture of myself. The one that's all over the place dates back to 2001.

Well if your doing it cause it's something you've been meaning to do then there's no harm in that. I just hate when people on this site form one big group thought, that's all.

And since everyone else was doing it, might as well kill two birds with one stone. Once this one blows over, I can just re-edit it as saying it's an ID of sorts.

Like I said, anything. People can't think for themselves and have this dull minded attitude of, "Well durr... eveyone else is doing it so I should too duhh..." It' makes me sick.

I wish most of them would do something together... like jumping off a cliff.

I'm not even bothering to look at the submissions in my inbox because most of them are photos.

Makes me glad I'm not watching too many people on this site. If they at least took creative or funny photos that would be something. But no, just generic cell phone pics. =/

Yea, the generic bad cell phone pictures is what gets me... then some people.. they look unshowered and just nasty and/or half naked. :/

It's cool to know what an artist looks like but spamming with really unflattering pictures is not the way to do it.

Yeah, if and when you guys see a photo of me you won't have to sort through a bunch of hastily made pics to see it. Although it would make more sense for me to put em on Facebook or Livejournal. >_>

I every so often throw a picture of me up but usually it's in scrap(except my 2 myspace but with wolves pictures because I was bragging) and they're not quick shitty cell phone shots only showing part of my face but most my naked fat or anything.

But yea, I tend to post more pictures of myself on Facebook because that's what it's for. :D

Maybe I'll just post a photo of myself not enjoying my sandwich.

I think that's the mentality of most of these people. That and "I have no mind of my own so let me do what everyone else is doing like a good little sheep."

Also, it's quite likely that a lot of the people doing the meme have wanted to post pictures of themselves before, but haven't had the heart to do so. Having a great many do it at once is sorta like a buffer zone, or something... I dunno.

If this were anyone else's blog, and I didn't agree with you on the subject of memes, I'd be upset. I'd feel bummed and say "Say its not so. When did H2O become a hater?"

Because it is your blog, and I hate memes, I couldn't stop laughing my @$$ off after seeing the title of this journal.

It's the meme aspect of it I hate. The pictures themselves are harmless, the mindest of "let me do this because it's popular" bugs the hell out of me though.

It makes people come across like sheep. Pardon my bitching, this is one of my few pet peeves.
