yep, I got a loaner laser from work and after about a day of digging through the show program I got a small extremely uber basic.....show? of about 50 seconds of a generic, free to use song thrown together.
yes, this is extremely basic but if I can learn the software this is literally the same program that your favorite mainstream band uses along with damn near all the theme parks around the world that have laser shows.

The camera sensor on my phone on the other hand, got fried which sucks more then it sounds, 99% of the pictures I've been taking for here and my Facebook have all been with my phone and now the camera is useless, I need to find a repair shop and get the cameras replaced. Can't exchange it yet, still have half the payments left on the thing.
I shot this with my Canon 8D and a wide angle lens since the room I'm set up in is pretty small, and yes, it's on a tripod. I'm sitting a few feet off to the right at my laptop

Also, keep your cat locked in the bathroom!
But way cool, looks like a lot of fun!
I may be borderline evil but I'd give it a huge meal afterwards to say sorry :p
Vrghr remembers his first exposure to laser shows. Was MANY years ago, in Denver CO. Wuff was attending Tech School there at Lowry AFB, and was able to go to a planetarium in town to watch a laser show projected on the dome of the planetarium. In addition to the lasers, it used strobes and wall-washer lights along with the fancy star field project normally used to do "legit" night sky shows for the planetarium.
The laser "DJ" there had to manually control most of the effects to sync with the selected audio tracks, so each show was a unique performance. It was definitely a great deal of fun!
Sure hope this works out for you! Looks like it has great potential!
