okay so in one of my recent artworks and my first request the wetness matched what it would a real diaper but i've been thinking
that since not all diapers are the same some have more patterns that others which makes it difficult to be more accurate, and some people like the yellow showed
in a wet diaper (realistic or not) so i'll leave this one up to you to decide, you can comment down below which one you would like

For example, in layer 1, you draw the white diaper (unless you want it to be of a different colour) with the yellow stain, and in layer 2 (which you position above layer 1 in the list of layers), you draw the diaper's pattern, so that the stain doesn't overlap with the pattern, which looks everything but realistic.
I've never drawn diapers with patterns before, but it never hurts for any of us to ever try this, right? :3
As an answer to your question, however, I prefer the yellow stain whenever someone's diaper is wet in any of your artworks.
